CUSTOM WEBSITE TEMPLATE
In this website setup package, Webware will:
- Personalize your store/website based on a custom Webware design created for you;
- Provide a dedicated project manager to work with you throughout the website setup process, communicating with you by email personally as often as necessary until the website is complete;
- Create banner images for your homepage (up to 2 main banners for your website homepage, using images provided by you, as well as smaller banners for your website homepage, the number and size of the smaller banners being dependent on which Webware theme is selected for your website). You shall provide the images for all banners or, if you do not have images, we can recommend stock images to include which will need to be purchased by you from the relevant stock image library;
- Setup up to 1000 products, including uploading product images provided by you in electronic format;
- Create up to 20 content pages, with content provided by you; and
- Redirect the website to your domain.
- Additional setup work can be provided by Webware for additional fees.
Setup requirements and process:
- You must prepare and provide all images and written content for your store/website before Webware can build your website.
- Webware will seek your written approval at every step of the setup process.
- The first step in building your website will be to provide you with a “mock design” (a static image based on a Webware theme) that will be the design spec for your homepage. You must approve the mock in writing by email before we will build your website.
- Once you have approved the mock, we will freeze the design and begin building the website. Any design changes to the homepage requested after mock approval will be subject to additional charges.
- As we build your website, we will require your approval at various stages of development. You must authorize your approval in writing (by email) before we can continue work and push your website live for public view.
- Your website will be completed within the projected days from today’s date, provided that you deliver all content and other files requested by Webware within 2 business days, and that you respond promptly to approval requests and other email enquiries from our team. If we are unable to complete your website within the projected days (and provided you have complied with the response requirements set out above), you will not be charged monthly hosting fees until your website is complete.
- A complete website means that the homepage is built as per the mock design, and that the homepage and inside pages are built and working on desktop and mobile devices.
Post-Setup
- The Webware Workspace is an easy-to-use web-based dashboard, designed for anyone to easily make changes to their content, add/edit/remove products, and manage orders. You will have access to our online Help Center at http://support.webware.io, which provides detailed instructions on how to access your Workspace and how to manage your website after setup is complete.
- You will run, market and manage your store/website after setup is complete and the website has gone live for public view. Webware is not responsible for the operation of your store/website, including (but not limited to) managing the website, processing orders, making content changes, etc.
- If you wish for Webware to make any modifications to content or design after setup is complete, a separate services contract can be entered into with Webware, for additional fees.
- Webware offers chargeable post-live services such as content changes, product data upload, product image fixing, banner design, and content writing.
2) MONTHLY PLATFORM HOSTING
All Webware websites are hosted on the Webware Platform. This includes access to Webware Workspace -- an easy-to-use web-based dashboard, designed for anyone to easily manage their website, such as making changes to their content, add/edit/removing products, managing orders, adding blog posts, and more – as well as the following:

- Unlimited products and pages
- Fully integrated e-commerce and content management system
- Blog platform
- Facebook store integration
- Mobile responsive design
- Social media integration
- SEO-friendly
- Free email support and access to online tutorials
Hours of Support
- 3 Hours of monthly support can cover Updates and revisions to your site. (ie. new logos/photos, new custom landing pages, add products, create a holiday theme, edit content etc.)
For the first month, no payment is due for the hosting of your website. Starting in one month from now, you will be charged a monthly hosting fee of $99 per month.
